Halfway between Genoa and France, in the Ligurian Riviera delle Palme, in the characteristic borgo of Loano, famous for its climate and beautiful scenery, is Villa Elda. It is a restored, modernised farmhouse standing in a dominant position with a splendid panoramic view that stretches from the new port of Loano to the island of Gallinara and Alassio. The property is divided into two apartments with independent entrances. On the top floor lives the owner, a very private person. The villa is surrounded by green olive trees and has a characteristic solarium area with a beautiful panoramic swimming pool.
Facilities
Villa Elda is a typical, three-storey farmhouse divided into two units. UNIT A: The main entrance goes into a large, bright living area characterised by rounded walls that divide the various areas; a TV/relaxation area with ornamental fireplace, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with direct access out to the portico with outdoor dining area and small kitchen. To the right of the main door is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. From the living room, a terracotta staircase leads up to the spacious first floor hallway used as a relaxation area with access to a terrace with sea view and, continuing along a corridor, to the sleeping area composed of two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom of which one with shower and one with tub. UNIT B: Also on the first floor, but with external access, is the entrance to the second apartment. Here, too, it goes into a large open-plan area with kitchen and TV area with, at the back, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with queen-size bed. A staircase leads up to the attic sleeping area composed of a large sitting room with double sofa bed and food warmer, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a pocket terrace overlooking the gulf. In the basement is a large garage.
The villa is surrounded by a level fenced garden with a lawn planted here and there with olive trees to create natural shady areas. At the front of the villa is a tiled solarium area surrounding the swimming pool and a masonry portico set up with dining area and outdoor kitchen connected to the two rooms of the main living area: the kitchen and living room.
The beautiful, irregular-shaped swimming pool lies in a panoramic position at the level of the ground floor which is just a few metres away. With ceramic lining, it measures approximately 15 x 13 m with the depth varying to 1,80 m. Entrance to the pool is via Roman steps. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Villa Elda is located in Loano, a splendid Ligurian town halfway between Genoa and France; the ideal destination for all those who are passionate about well-being, relaxation and who, at the same time, wish to explore a town of great historical and artistic value. Famous for its 2 km of waterfront, most of the beaches are rocky but there are also sandy beaches with facilities. The Marina di Loano is one of the most modern and avant-garde tourist ports in Liguria. Its strategic location allows you to quickly get to most of the tourist resorts on the western Ligurian Riviera. In fact, you can get to Alassio, one of the most elegant localities of the Riviera, just 16 km away, to flashy Sanremo, about 80 km away, or cross into France and visit the French Riviera and the luxurious Principality of Monaco.
