Villa Elda is a typical, three-storey farmhouse divided into two units. UNIT A: The main entrance goes into a large, bright living area characterised by rounded walls that divide the various areas; a TV/relaxation area with ornamental fireplace, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with direct access out to the portico with outdoor dining area and small kitchen. To the right of the main door is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. From the living room, a terracotta staircase leads up to the spacious first floor hallway used as a relaxation area with access to a terrace with sea view and, continuing along a corridor, to the sleeping area composed of two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom of which one with shower and one with tub. UNIT B: Also on the first floor, but with external access, is the entrance to the second apartment. Here, too, it goes into a large open-plan area with kitchen and TV area with, at the back, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with queen-size bed. A staircase leads up to the attic sleeping area composed of a large sitting room with double sofa bed and food warmer, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a pocket terrace overlooking the gulf. In the basement is a large garage.
