Villa Fiorella is located in Versilia, close to the town centre of Lido di Camaiore, in a residential neighbourhood, surrounded by other important properties but, at the same time, separated from them by the thick hedge surrounding the villa. The structure, dating back to the '80s, has always been inhabited by the owner who designed and built it and finished it off both inside and outside with great attention to detail. It has only been available for rent in the last three years when it was in part renovated. Inside, quality materials have been used, such as Tuscan terracotta and parquet for the floors and Vietri tiles for some of the bathrooms and the kitchen; the elegant furnishings are all top quality Italian brands and the rooms are beautifully decorated with works of art and paintings which make guests feel at home. The park of Villa Fiorella ensures its guests complete privacy, guaranteed by the thick hedge that shields the property from the outside while the lawn, palms and jasmine bushes, together with the colourful flowers, frame the beautiful swimming pool which lies in the centre.

Facilities
The villa has two floors, plus an attic and basement. The main entrance leads directly into the living room divided into two areas, one with sofas for reading and relaxing and the other with sofas and TV. To the left of the main door and a little further on, down a step, is the dining room, in front of it we find first a bathroom with shower and the kitchen which communicates to the right with the living room. A spiral staircase from the living room leads down to the basement floor consisting of a rustic-style taverna with functioning fireplace, large table and a small kitchenette with serving hatch connected directly to the kitchen on the ground floor. Going up a flight of stairs you come first to a mezzanine floor with a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and balcony and then continuing up the stairs you come to the first floor sleeping area composed of a twin bedroom with balcony, a double bedroom with balcony, a bathroom with hydromassage tub and then to a double bedroom with balcony, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with hydromassage shower. Another flight of steps goes up to the attic with a twin bedroom with joinable beds.
The well-cared for park of 1800 sq m surrounding the villa consists mostly of lawn, planted with palm trees and jasmine bushes, with here and there terracotta vases filled with colourful flowers; the part next to the villa is paved in terracotta and in the area in front of the living room, and accessible from both the living room and the swimming pool, a pleasant outdoor dining area has been set up with awning, table and chairs, wood oven and barbecue. On the right side of the park is a driveway with parking spaces and on the lawn between this area and the swimming pool is another table with chairs. At the back of the house, just outside the kitchen, is the laundry room. To the left of the villa, is another driveway with parking spaces and a bicycle stand.

The irregular-shaped pool located in the centre of the park measures 12 x7 m with the depth ranging from 1.25 to 2.50 m. Surrounding the pool is a solarium area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Just a few metres away is a changing room and a bathroom with shower. The pool has multi-colour interior lighting and there is a Jacuzzi tub. It will be open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

Location
Versilia is the territory that stretches from the Apuan Alps to the Versilia riviera, the best-known seaside resort area of Tuscany, centre of Italian dolce vita in the '60s and '70s and pioneer of bathing. Looking along the coastline from Marina di Massa to Viareggio, you will see a succession of bathing establishments, one after the other. Camaiore, with Lido di Camaiore (one of the best seaside resorts in Europe) is a small town with all main services while the seafront of Lido di Camaiore, just a 5-minute drive away, has a lovely promenade and a new pier, Pontile Bellavista Vittoria.
