The interior strikes you for the use of fascinating but essential furnishings which greatly exalt the size of the rooms, make them livable and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The charming lounge with plush sofas scattered around the stone fireplace, with three walls made up of large windows that reveal stunning views that pass from the geometrical figures of the cultivated land to the green wooded hills. The villa has three floors connected internally. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into an open-plan living area composed of the kitchen, sitting room and dining area. To the right of the living room are two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower; on the left, a glass door leads into a large dining room with sofas, fireplace, panoramic windows and French windows which lead out to the barbecue area, portico and swimming pool. From the living room, a marble staircase leads up to the first floor which consists of a two double bedroom, both served by a bathroom with whirlpool tub. In the basement, accessible through an internal staircase from the living room, there is a relaxation area with satellite TV, sofas, pool table, corner bar, a bathroom with hydromassage shower with chromo therapy, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. The basement has direct access to the swimming pool.
Part of a property of 3,000 sq m, the garden extends for 700 sq m, following the hilly conformation of the terrain. It is largely covered by a spongy lawn with cherry, apricot and olive trees and beds with lush rose bushes, oleanders, succulents with unusual colourful flowers, cactus, lavender and rosemary. The external spaces are very practical, with two gravel parking areas, one next to the pool and the other in front of the main entrance, the cool portico furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing moments while enjoying the view over the surrounding hills; a few metres from the house, under a small structure with a roof, is the built-in barbecue and a sink, ideal for preparing alfresco meals.

The pool is 25 metres away from the house, on a lower level, and can be reached via a short flight of steps or, more easily, across part of the garden. The pool, of an original crescent shape, measures 9 x 5 m (maximum diameter, 7 m) with a constant depth of 1.40 m. It has chlorine purification, PVC lining, internal lights and Roman steps for entrance to the water. The pool can be heated upon request with a solar thermal system. The solarium area, partly paved in stone and partly lawn, follows the curved shape of the pool and, at the rounded side, facing the landscape, has sunbeds, deckchairs, a romantic swing chair and a pergola with armchairs and little sofa. In a corner of the solarium area is the outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a dressing room with toilet.

Halfway between Montone, a small, perfectly preserved medieval town, unchanged for centuries, and Umbertide, an old 9th century town, San Lorenzo is located in the Upper Tiber Valley in an area of Umbria with an intact natural environment and which, among the many villages, castles and abbeys, hides unique architectural treasures. Towns such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Foligno, Città di Castello and Spello can be reached in less than an hour thanks to fast roads such as the E45 (the exit for Montone is only 5 minutes away), and Lake Trasimeno, as well, is surrounded by an area combining history, culture and good cuisine and crisscrossed by trails for hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding.x
