The external area of Tenuta Scialandre extends for about 18,000 sq m, not all completely fenced-in, and is characterised by terraces which adapt to the conformation of the ground, sloping downwards. The various areas are delimited by beautiful characteristic low walls in local stone which also mark the route between the many pathways that surround the property. The upper part of the outdoor area is distinctly Mediterranean, alternating between rocky terrain and typical plants, while in the part surrounding the housing units are palms, tall trees, flowering hedges and lawn next to the solarium area. To the left of the units is a beautiful and comfortable portico with sea view, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, with a built-in barbecue.
